Build a local investigation handoff

Required: the downloaded JSON from Outcome Reconciler. Optional: JSON reports from Webhook Delivery ID Audit and AI Cost & Outcome Snapshot. Do not paste unredacted client exports, raw Shopify payloads, private keys or billing invoices. The original Outcome JSON may contain your event IDs; do not forward it to another person merely because you can paste it here.

No cross-source ID matching: this tool summarizes each supplied report separately. It does not count the same event across reports or certify a complete business outcome.

What goes into the handoff?

Reported execution, receipt and expected-source row counts; kinds of missing or repeated observations; optional webhook delivery conflicts; optional task-cost status and estimate counts; and a prioritized list of what should be investigated first. Both JSON and plain-text exports exclude original IDs, raw issue details, project names, topics and copied CSV content. The text version is designed for a colleague or handoff recipient who does not work with JSON.

This is not a success certificate. A matched identifier is not a verified order, payment or customer outcome. Treat exported counts as a conversation starter; check your system of record, identity scope and delays before changing production data.

When existing tools are better

For actual event delivery and retries, begin with Shopify webhook diagnostics. For executions, use the n8n execution list. For exceptions and errors, check your established observability tools. This page does not replace them; it helps assemble a neutral handoff once you have reviewed their evidence.
