Free pre-handoff self-check

Six questions before your client sees the workflow.

Use this short checklist to see where your team has evidence, where the unknowns are, and what needs an independent review before sign-off.

A planning aid, not a test result. Choosing “We have evidence” is your own self-assessment. Moruneva does not access, run or verify your workflow on this page. No exports, credentials or client data are required.

6Not assessed
01. What happens when a required input is missing?

Consider empty fields, unexpected types, invalid identifiers and partially completed forms.

02. Could a repeated event trigger duplicate actions?

Check replayed webhooks, retry storms, duplicate CRM records and repeated outbound messages.

03. What happens when an integration is slow or fails?

Include timeouts, rate limits, 4xx/5xx responses and APIs that return an error inside a successful response.

04. Can the workflow handle a wrong-shaped AI answer?

Check invalid JSON, absent tool fields, unexpected classifications and unsupported responses.

05. What happens when half the job succeeds?

Look for lost records, inconsistent state, unsafe retries and clear recovery instructions.

06. Who notices and takes over when automation cannot?

Make failures visible to the right person, with enough context to intervene safely.

Need an independent second look?

If you're handing a client an n8n or API-based automation, Moruneva can discuss a fixed-scope review: one authorized workflow, up to six agreed failure scenarios, and a report distinguishing observed evidence from untested areas. Availability, scope, timing and price are confirmed before any work starts.
