Information for inquiries

Privacy

Last updated: October 22, 2026.

This page explains how Moruneva handles business inquiries and basic website analytics. Our public website does not use a contact form or advertising trackers.

What you send

If you email us, you choose what information to send. This may include your name, business email address, organization, project description, and other details in your message. Please do not send passwords, API keys, confidential client files, personal customer records, or production credentials in an initial inquiry.

Why we use it

We use business inquiry information to understand your request, respond, assess whether a project is feasible, prepare a proposal if requested, and retain necessary correspondence concerning a potential or existing business relationship.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, referral sources, and page-load performance. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data and does not use tracking cookies. Its script may be added automatically by Cloudflare when this feature is enabled. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels. Cloudflare also provides website hosting and security, which may involve processing ordinary technical requests to operate and protect this site.

Service providers and retention

Email correspondence is handled through our email service provider and may be retained as needed for business communication, records, security, and applicable legal obligations. We do not operate a public customer upload portal at this stage. We do not sell business inquiry information.

Your questions

To ask about your inquiry information or request correction or deletion where applicable, contact hello@moruneva.com. We review requests in light of applicable obligations and practical retention requirements.

Changes

If we introduce additional tracking, a contact form, or a customer portal, we will update this page to explain the relevant data handling.
